With scheduled tasks, you assign a team 'role' or specific users tasks which are refreshed each day.
EatZoo allows users to be given specific tasks which must be reported on. If the task has been done successfully, then it's a simple click of a button, and the task drops off the list.
The strength in the scheduled tasks lies in the ability of anyone with the same 'role' to confirm tasks done and on completion tasks are removed from the list. Roles can be Chefs, KP's, managers, the front of the house, bar staff, cleaning staff and various levels in between.
